Our business was so fortunate to work alongside Christine to develop a sustainable training program for our staff.  To give you context, we are a small business with two locations, with approximately 15 employees at each location.  We had grown to the point that it was vital to begin coordinating a strategy for the language we all use, what we expect a client interaction to look like, managing uncomfortable situations and introducing sensitivity training.  We are not a large corporation with an in-house training team, but did feel these messages needed to be delivered by a professional training strategist.

Christine worked alongside us to develop a training strategy outline that was tailored to our everyday process, as well as expectations within our industry as a whole.  She then did the deep dive of coordinating trainings for each topic and the 'why' behind each training.  Our Professional Development Day included several trainings and time to role play many of the scenarios.  We were able to let our team know our own personal expectations as owners without throwing anyone under the bus.  Our standard operating procedures were developed as a result, and we are now able to hold each employee accountable to the standards we've developed.

This training was an investment in our employees, and the feedback they've given has reinforced our belief that this was a very wise use of resources.  They now see that we are willing to invest in their growth and have set standards that are comfortable for our team to understand and execute.  Christine even offered a bonus 'Train the Trainer' session, which was a high level think tank for our management team.  All material from every training is color coded and easy to update as industry and operational procedures evolve.  This was well worth the investment, and I cannot say enough about Christine's professionalism, attention to detail, and execution of our plan.
