New Employee Orientation

This program was developed to onboard newly hired retail employees. The attachment includes the Facilitator Guide (left side) and the Participant Guide (right side).

Leadership Training

Change Leadership: Workday Implementation – Participant Guide created and delivered in a classroom setting with 10-12 leaders at a time and received a great reception to adapt accept changes. At this time the company was releasing a new Applicant Tracking System.

Volunteer Work

Clothing Donation at Local Church

Created signage for posters and pamphlets to solicit donations and inform families on how to shop donated items.

Town Emergency Shelter Program

Project managing the Town Emergency Shelter team by leading operations, creating social media campaigns, and coordinating community resource outreach.
